The Miss Vermont Scholarship Organization, Inc. is proud to announce Sophia Marie Hadeka as the 2011 Miss Vermont’s Outstanding Teen. Sophia was crowned Saturday, June 25, 2011 in South Burlington, VT. She lives in Fair Haven, VT, Rutland County, and will be in the Eighth grade in September. Sophia’s Platform is Encouraging Young Ladies to Find Themselves. Her goal is to become a judge, and eventually a Supreme Court Justice.

This year the Miss America Organization is teaming up with Children's Miracle Network to help kids in our community by raising much needed funds. Caroline has set a goal to raise $750.00. Money raised will benefit both Children's Miracle Network and the Miss America Scholarship Fund.
Children's Miracle Network is a non-profit organization that raises funds for more than 170 children's hospitals.
